Creator Workflow: Voiceover and Edit Export

This guide shows a practical workflow for creators who export video from an editor and need to merge voiceover audio or subtitles.

Typical scenario

  • Export a video from Premiere/Final Cut/DaVinci
  • Record a separate voiceover track
  • Merge everything into a final MP4

Step-by-step workflow

  1. Export the video from your editor (MP4 + H.264 recommended).
  2. Record the voiceover and export to M4A or WAV.
  3. Prepare subtitles (SRT/VTT) if needed.
  4. Merge in AVMergePro with Copy mode first.
  5. Check sync, then adjust audio offset if needed.
  • Output: MP4
  • Video: Copy (fastest)
  • Audio: AAC (if you need re-encode) or Copy (if already AAC)

Final checks

  • Test playback on a phone and desktop
  • Confirm subtitle timing
  • Keep a backup of original exports
